Refund Policy: Due to the custom-made nature of the garments we sell, we do not offer refunds. We craft each item to your specific measurements and design preferences, making it difficult for us to resell customized garments. However, we offer two alternatives for customer satisfaction:

  1. Store Credit: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for the full purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. To request store credit, please contact our Customer Support team.

  2. Exchange: If you would like to exchange your custom-made item for another product currently in stock, we are happy to assist you with the exchange process. The exchanged item’s value should be equal to or less than the original purchase. Shipping charges for the return and exchange are the customer’s responsibility. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The request for store credit or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Custom-made items may only be exchanged for in-stock items of equal or lesser value.
  • Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defect in the product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy standards.
